Training and Development

We provide comprehensive induction and on-going in-house training programmes for all our staff. Training and development are central to our success and are essential for the safe provision of care, as well as recruitment and retention.

Your training with us commences with a formal induction programme over 5 days and continues through various methods of assessment over a 12 week period. This allows you to develop your healthcare and clinical knowledge in line with the requirements of our organisation and regulatory bodies. For complex care packages additional specialist training is provided to ensure that the needs of our clients are met.
