Working in Paediatric Complex Care

We are recruiting for complex carers who are experienced in ventilation, tracheostomy, brain injury, spinal care, enteral feeding, and disabilities. You will require excellent communication skills, flexibility in working hours, commitment and caring, and enjoy a positive rewarding career.

An increased number of children with complex health needs are being cared for in their own homes and school and when caring for a child with complex needs it allows families to have a break from the demanding role they undertake us by providing extra support.

We value our team members at every level, whether you would like to train or have experience. When you join our team you will be part of team named by the family.

In return we ask that you are caring, enjoy play, and have a desire to look after and care for children and young people, and in return we will provide you training and support, respect, and a good team atmosphere, and a financial incentive.

Your team manager will provide you full support, a listening ear, and appreciate your dedication to the children young people and their families
