Paediatric Complex Care

1st Care Nursing is an accredited provider under the AQP framework to South, Mid and North Essex PCT’s who have specialist care teams dedicated to supporting children with complex care needs and their families.

Whether your child has a mild, moderate or severe disability, we have a wealth of experience planning and delivering complex care services to children. Our carefully chosen carers will support your child and help them enjoy a wide range of activities and maximise their potential.

“I don't want to consider not having them and I believe that says it all” - Jane

Our Paediatric Nurse Manager will take the time to understand you and your family's specific needs and match your requirements with the characters and skill sets of our carers. We will then develop a personalised care plan for your child. It is extremely important to us that both personally and professionally you and your child are comfortable with your carer and the services they are delivering and as standard practice our Nursing or Case Managers will undertake regular bi-monthly reviews (or more frequently if required) with you.
