Primary Care Trusts, Local Authorities and Social Services

We have been providing domiciliary care and complex care in the home for children and adults for the past decade and during that time have developed considerable experience and understanding of working with Primary Care Trusts, Local Authorities and Social Services to deliver high quality and cost effective care within our community.

Our specialists create an individual care plan for each client ensuring that all necessary clinical and social care needs are delivered to a consistently high standard and within the funds available.

Promoting and delivering excellence

Our objectives are to:

  • Have sufficient staff with the right skills, competencies, knowledge and experience to deliver a consistently high standard of care.
  • Work in partnership with other Health and Social Care professionals to ensure the consistent and holistic delivery of care.
  • Ensure that our training standards exceed those set by the CQC and healthcare organisations and engage with specialist training providers where required.
  • Continually assess the competence and improve the understanding of our staff ensuring that current best practice is applied in all areas of care.
